The following terms and conditions govern the use of the Bovine Frozen Semen Supply Chain Management System (BFSS) portal. By accessing or using this portal, users are deemed to have read and understood these terms and agree to comply with the applicable rules, policies, and procedures of the Department of Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Services, Government of Karnataka.

   The Bovine Frozen Semen Supply Chain Management System (BFSS) is an official application of the Department of Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Services (AHVS), Government of Karnataka, developed to support the management, monitoring, and reporting of bovine frozen semen supply and distribution activities.

   Although reasonable efforts are made to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and currency of information available through this portal, such information should not be construed as a statement of law or used as a substitute for official orders, departmental instructions, notifications, or professional advice.

   BFSS information and records are intended to support official departmental activities relating to bovine frozen semen production, stock management, distribution, and Artificial Insemination service delivery. Users are responsible for entering and using information accurately and only for authorized official purposes.

   The Department does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the BFSS portal or that all services, information, reports, or system functions will be available at all times. Temporary unavailability may occur due to maintenance, upgrades, network issues, technical failures, or circumstances beyond the control of the Department.

The BFSS portal does not necessarily endorse or guarantee the accuracy, availability, or reliability of content available on external websites.

   When accessing an external website through a link provided on the BFSS portal, users are subject to the terms, privacy policies, security policies, and other conditions applicable to that external website. The concerned external organization is responsible for its own website and content.

   Users shall not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the BFSS application, its servers, databases, accounts, or any restricted system resources.    These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in India. Any dispute arising in connection with the use of this portal shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts as applicable under law.

    The Department reserves the right to modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the portal, its services, or these terms of use when required. Updated terms will be applicable from the date they are published on the portal.
